Relativity Reinterpreted via the Aetheric Magnetic Substrate

Relativity Reinterpreted via the Aetheric Magnetic Substrate (AMS)

1. Ontological Shift

Relativity is not about spacetime as a substance.
It is about rate-of-reconfiguration differences in the AMS.

Time dilation, length contraction, and gravity emerge from substrate tension geometry.

2. Time as Reconfiguration Rate

Let:

  • τ₀ = intrinsic AMS relaxation period
  • τ(x) = local AMS reconfiguration rate

Then experienced time:

Δt_local ∝ 1 / τ(x)

Higher AMS tension → slower reconfiguration → slower experienced time.

This explains:

  • Gravitational time dilation
  • Altitude-dependent clock drift
  • Velocity-based time dilation

3. Gravity

Gravity is large-scale AMS curvature toward dense vorton clusters.

Matter knots distort the AMS, producing tension gradients that bias motion.

This replaces:

  • Gravitons
  • Action-at-a-distance
  • Spacetime-as-entity

Free fall = motion along AMS tension gradients.

4. Length Contraction

Length contraction arises because AMS torsion coherence aligns differently for moving systems.

Rods do not shrink.
The substrate configuration through which they exist is anisotropically strained.

5. Speed of Light

The speed of light is:

c = maximum AMS torsion propagation speed

It is not a property of photons.
It is the relaxation speed limit of the substrate itself.

6. Equivalence Principle (AMS Form)

Acceleration and gravity are equivalent because both are experienced as AMS tension gradients.

7. What Changes, What Doesn’t

Unchanged:

  • Lorentz transformations
  • Experimental predictions
  • GPS corrections
  • Time dilation measurements

Changed:

  • Interpretation
  • Ontology
  • Meaning of “time” and “space”

Relativity becomes a substrate mechanics theory, not a metaphysical one.
